Mazoezi ya viungo ni muhimu sana kwa afya yako, kuna namna mbalimbali za kufanya mazoezi, Unaweza kufanya mazoezi ya viungo fulani vya mwili wako kama miguu, mikono, mgongo. Lakini pia kuna mazoezi ambayo ukifanya utakuwa umefanya zoezi lilojumuisha kiungo zaidi ya kimoja mfano mazoezi ya kukimbia, kuruka kamba na mengineyo.
Licha ya kuwa unaweza kutumia muda kidogo kufanya mazoezi kwa takribani dakika (30-45) kwa siku iwe asubuhi au jioni lakini pia unaweza kupata faida nyingi za kiafya kwa kufanya mazoezi hayo.

Kwa kuwa kuna faida nyingi za kufanya mazoezi basi leo nimeona nikupatie hizi chache kwa manufaa na ufahamu wa afya yako.
